Often referred to just as "the pit crew guy", Breon Klopp is a business entrepreneur with two start-ups to his credit and more than a decade of experience as a NASCAR® pit crew coach. It is a combination of experiences that provides a unique and interesting perspective on leadership, organizational performance, process improvement, and teamwork.
Breon provides organizations the motivation and methods for improvement. Keynotes and workshops facilitated by Breon center on the similarities between high-performing motorsports and successful business practices. He engages with many companies across diverse industries including healthcare, sales, transportation, and manufacturing.
His award-winning programs have been featured nationally by ABC Good Morning America, CNN, NBC Nightly News, Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, New York Times, and ESPN Magazine, and and others including a reality television program. He is a contributing author to "The Complete Idiot's Guide to NASCAR®" and “365 Low or No Cost Workplace Team Building Activities” books and "Uptime" magazine.
Breon is certified in Lean Tools Awareness through The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He is a listed speaker for Keynote Speakers Incorporated and is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement
and the Association of Talent Development.
He founded the first of its kind business serving the motorsports industry with workforce technical skills training, placement services, and race team coaching. In his role as instructor and coach, Breon developed the systems and curriculum to recruit, select, and train individuals as pit crew athletes.
Breon resides in Mooresville, North Carolina with his wife Alison and sons Garrett and Alex. He is native to Port Washington, Wisconsin.
