Team building focuses on the development and enhancement of roles and relationships within your organization.

Team Building Events are ideal for introducing basic teamwork and organizational development concepts including accountability, coaching and feedback, communication, collaboration, standard work, and continuous improvement.

The Pitstop Performance Challenge© is one of the most highly regarded experiential learning programs available to engage your organization. The Pitstop Performance Challenge© is an authentic motorsports activity integrated into the fabric of Sestrana | MAG offerings. 

Participants are introduced to role responsibilities, proper standard work processes, and basic pit crew equipment use. Participants are challenged to complete effective and efficient professional pit stop using authentic pit crew tools and processes on a real race car for hands-on motorsports pit stop activities.

Each iteration of a team's pit stop activity is video recorded and reviewed with a performance coach to identify process opportunities for improvement and drive the messaging you want delivered. The Pitstop Performance Challenge© activity and metrics can be used both as a team building tool (“most improved”) or to create friendly competition (“fastest time”).

All Team Building events are customized and scalable and may be delivered as stand-alone programs or in collaboration with other services.
