The Desktop Pitstop Challenge© is an engagement activity to introduce and reinforce concepts such as preparation, innovation, strategic agility, and purpose. Participants compete and collaborate in finding solutions to their own actual business challenges in addition to discussions regarding strategies, tools, innovations, outcomes, and observations of the improvement process.
